					<description>Kali is a breath of fresh air.  albeit with a few bugs to be ironed out.  one or two problems to be concerned with are player based though.  with warp to 0km it is now harder to get at hostile ships than  it was befroe and gang leaders/fleet commanders need to adopt new tactics in response to this.  i do however think that the new 800k skillpoints for new players is over the top.  i started a new mining alt only to find he started off with mining and refinery at lvl 5 and mining foreman lvl 4.  these alone on my main character took me about a month and a half of training time.  a new combat character can be using tech 2 small guns within a couple of days now.  basically it means we no longer have 'newbs'.  at least warping from empire to 0.0 space is now much safer.  As regards salvaging i started it training right after the patch on wednesday and have been salvaging ever since.  i got most of the rig bpo's to my base in 0.0, but still don't have the resources to build anything.  one thing that did strike me though was that when i helped a corpmate in a mission i tried to salvage from 28 ships of various sizes from frigs to battlecruisers, and from all 28 none of them granted me any salvage.  0% salvage is not a rate for ccp to be proud of.  i hope this will be sorted in today's patch.  as i say one or two small matters to be adressed but i can't complain.  the game was good with a few bugs. now it's excellent with a few bugs, need i say more?</description>
